Senior Sales Executive/Sales Executive (Shah Alam - Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and service existing accounts
• Handle negotiations, quotations for new enquiries
• Provide after sales service and technical support to customer
• Prepare annual business goals and be responsible to achieve the target set

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Chemical/Science/Engineering
• At least 2 to 5 yrs working experience preferably in manufacturing environment
• Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia

QA/QC Executive (Shah Alam - Selangor)

Responsibility:

• Implementation and monitoring of Quality Management System (QMS) at all levels of the organization
• Ensure on-going conformance of the quality system to the standard ISO 9001:2008
• Monitor audit schedule and ensure all corrective & preventive actions carried out timely and effectively
• Prepare, maintain, control issue and distribute Quality System Document
• Organize training on QMS, quality tools and methodology and other quality promotion program to all staff
• Develop and maintain effective measurement reporting tools to track quality progress and corrective action program
• Manage customer complaints, conduct investigation and submit findings to the Management
• Liaise with the Production, store and other relevant department on any quality issues and analyze quality-related data
• Periodically develop and monitor the Company's Quality Management System (review of quality control procedures & control of records)
• Organize and coordinate the internal quality audit process and MRM
• Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time

• Must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Have experience in Quality Management Representative (ISO 9001) & Environment Management Representative (ISO 14001)
• QC experience would be an added advantage
• Dynamic, confident and highly analytical with strong technical background
• Good and effective communication skills with all levels within the organization, suppliers and customers
• Good oral and written communication skill in English
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Application should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
