Our TGM's key tasks are to control and stabilize gas flow in every aspect: safe handling from delivery to disposal; ensure the reliability of supply (logistics, inventory, operation of equipment and maintenance) and consistent quality of supply (quality control, analysis). This leads to optimized COO of the gas and the chemical supply, and contributes to the stability of the semiconductor production process. We also participate in overall improvements of the supply chain. This can take many forms, such as:

•   early collaboration on new processes development
•   reducing material consumption
•   proposing alternative product grades
•   suggesting handling and process improvements reducing environment impacts

We also master the quality and reliability of the gas supplies, and implement in the TGM a full Health Safety and Environment Policy compliant with semiconductor manufacturing. One of the key missions of the TGM is to reduce the COO of their customer. NOX handles complex sets of information from various sources (i.e. suppliers, ERP, specification, cost, quality, SCADA, production level). We also support the cross-fertilization of the lessons learnt and best-known methods among the TGM teams.
